The Child Protective Services Law (CPSL) requires that all Volunteers, Head Coaches, and Assistant Coaches get background clearances. The PA Child Abuse History and PA State Police Criminal History Clearance are free. The FBI Criminal History Clearance is $22.60. In order to be in compliance with the state and Babe Ruth Baseball, Media Babe Ruth requires that all volunteers get there clearances.
